Hours of Operations
The Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The File & Intake Section closes from Noon to 1:00 p.m., and at 4:30 p.m. The Cashier remains closed from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
As per Notice of Clerk 20-09, effective Monday April 6, 2020 and until further notice, the Intake section of the Clerk’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico will be open for business only on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. The rest of the week, Clerk’s Office Intake section will remain closed to reduce the risk of exposure associated with the COVID-19 virus and in protection of the health and well-being of court employees and members of the Bar.
