Message from the Clerk of Court
This section of our web page is dedicated to the attorneys and counselors who contribute daily to the Court in its solemn duty of administering Justice. The Office of the Clerk is committed to providing members of the bar with the most current information and the most recent technological advancements to assist them in the fulfillment of their duties as officers of the Court.
As a result of our Technologically Advanced Courtroom Project, our Court is among the most automated courts in the Nation. All of our active judges' courtrooms have been outfitted with the latest in courtroom technology including evidence presentation, digital video and audio, annotation monitors, and flat panel monitors for counsel and jurors, among others.
We are also very proud of the distinguished and select group of professional employees in the Office of the Clerk who discharge their duties with zeal and responsibility to safeguard the image and reputation that the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico has earned in the minds and hearts of all Puerto Rico citizens.
