Use of this free wireless internet access is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

  1. The wireless internet access service for good standing members of the Bar (the Service) is a free service provided by the Court.  Access to the Service is completely at the discretion of the Court.
  2. The Service is an open guest service network and network communication is not 100% secure.  The Service is provided strictly as a courtesy and may or may not be available at any time.  The Court does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  3. All communications over the Service may be subject to monitoring and should not be considered either private or protected.  Users should be aware that there are security, privacy, and confidentiality risks inherent in wireless communications and technology.  The Court does not make any assurances or warranties regarding such risks and strongly discourages the practice of providing credit card information, passwords and any other sensitive personal information over the Service.
  4. Users are strongly encouraged to have and to maintain up-to-date virus protection on their laptops, smartphones, and other mobile devices.  The Court provides NO such security protection to users of the Service.
  5. The Court does not control or endorse any materials, information, products or services on the Internet.
  6. By using the Service, you agree that the Court is not liable for any costs or damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to equipment or software due to electric surges, security issues, viruses, or hacking.
  7. No technical support of any kind under any circumstances will be provided to any users trying to access the Service.  It is up to the users to make any and all necessary configuration changes to their personal equipment in order to use the Service.  Court personnel are strictly prohibited from handling or troubleshooting users’ personal equipment.
  8. Users are expected to abide by all laws, rules and regulations applicable to Internet use, and are expected to use the Service in a legal and responsible manner.
  9. The Court reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any user who abuses the network, such as excessive bandwidth consumption or using the network for any type of criminal activity.  Internet activity such as downloading music, watching TV, or any other activity that consumes a large amount of bandwidth is prohibited.
  10. Users acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions by entering the provided username and password for use of the Service.
