District Court Judge Participates in Panel on Federal Practice for Incoming UPR Law Students

On Friday, August 8, 2025, the Federal Bar UPR Student Chapter hosted a panel discussion on federal practice for the University of Puerto Rico School of Law’s incoming class. The Honorable Aida M. Delgado-Colón, United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico, joined attorney Ricardo Casellas, member of the Board of the Federal Bar Association, Puerto Rico Chapter, and partner at O’Neill & Borges, and attorney Patricia Aponte Figueroa, law clerk to the Honorable Gustavo Gelpí, United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, as panelists. The discussion was moderated by Professor Nilda Navarro Cabrer.

Following the panel, the Federal Bar Association, Puerto Rico Chapter, sponsored a Meet and Greet for first-year students and faculty.
