The District Court of Puerto Rico hosted a visit of twenty Latin American judges from the Judicial Studies Institute to the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse in Hato Rey. During their two-day visit to the District, the visiting judges had the opportunity to view criminal proceedings before Chief District Judge Raúl M. Arias-Marxuach, District Judges Aida M. Delgado-Colón and Silvia L. Carreño-Coll, as well as Magistrate Judge Marshal D. Morgan. Chief Judge Arias-Marxuach also provided the visiting judges a case management presentation.
