Magistrate Judge Marshal D. Morgan served as a speaker for the Federal Bar Association of Puerto Rico Continuing Legal Education Seminar entitled “The Investigation and Prosecution of Human Trafficking Crimes in Puerto Rico.” The seminar had approximately forty live attendees and around twenty virtual attendees through a Zoom videoconference platform simulcast.
