On May 14, 2025, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico was pleased to support a program organized by the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, held at the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse in Hato Rey. Magistrate Judges Hon. Giselle López-Soler and Hon. Héctor L. Ramos-Vega offered insightful commentary on the consenting and referral process, sparking meaningful discussion among attendees.
