On February 21, 2024, Magistrate Judge Marshal D. Morgan welcomed 13 law students and their teachers rom the University of Baltimore School of Law to the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. The visiting students, members of the Latin American Law Students Association, participated in a thoughtful conversation with Magistrate Morgan on the Road to the Bench.
