NO. 22-13
 
MODIFICATION OF POLICY ON MANDATORY USE OF FACE MASKS IN THE FEDERICO DEGETAU FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING AND HATO REY COMPLEX
 
Please be advised that, effective September 20, 2022, all employees and visitors, including but not limited to members of the bar, press and public, will not be required to wear a face mask while in public corridors and spaces of the Federico Degetau Federal Office Building ("FOB") in Hato Rey. This determination is consistent with the policy adopted by the Facilities Security Committee of the FOB on September 20, 2022. The Court will continue to enforce the mandatory use of face masks in all District courtrooms, consistent with the Court’s Third Amended Protocol for In-Person Hearings and Trials.
