NOTICE FROM THE CLERK
NO. 22-10
DISTRICT COURT OPERATIONS
FOR MONDAY SEPTEMBER 19, 2022
Due to the current weather conditions resulting from Hurricane Fiona, and to ensure the safety of all court personnel and the public, the Clemente Ruiz-Nazario U.S. Courthouse in Hato Rey and the Jose V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse in Old San Juan, along with all district court dependencies, will remain closed on Monday September 19, 2022. District Court operations and services to the public within the Clerk's Office and the U.S. Probation Office are expected to resume on Tuesday September 20, 2022.
The United States Attorneys' Office, law enforcement agencies and the members of the Bar are on notice that the duty Magistrate Judge remains available on regular duty schedule.
For additional information and updates on Court operations and services to the public, members of the Bar and public may refer to the Court’s internet website and its official Twitter account.
