The United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico Clerk’s Office located in Hato Rey at the Federico Degetau Federal Office Building continues to offer all the services to the public on a schedule from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. You may contact the Intake Section at (787) 772-3000.

 

Kindly note that the United States District Court Clerk's Office Annex, located at the Jose V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse, will not be open to the public effective immediately.
