NOTICE FROM THE CLERK
United States District Court’s Operations
Wednesday, August 30, 2023 through Friday, September 1, 2023
Please be advised that the Clerk’s Office Intake and Cashier sections, located at the Federico Degetau Federal Office Building in Hato Rey, will close to the public at 12:00 noon, on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, and will remain closed through Friday, September 1, 2023.
The Clerk’s Office Intake and Cashier sections will resume all services to the public on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from the Clerk’s Office at the José V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse in Old San Juan. The Cashier and Intake sections will operate on its regular schedule from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Effective immediately, all mail communications to the District Court should be sent to the following address:
