Notice of Change in Transcript Fee Rates and Renamed Transcript Delivery Categories
The Judicial Conference of the United States Courts approved two increases to the maximum per page original and copy transcript fee rates and modified the transcript category names to clarify delivery timing and avoid confusion regarding applicable costs.
Transcripts ordered prior to October 1, 2023, should be billed at the rates in effect at the time the order was placed with the official court reporter.
The new rates and transcript category names are listed in the tables below.
