Pursuant to the Order Regarding Joint Status Report of the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, as Title III Representative of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, EIF PR Resource Recovery LLC, Elam, LLC, GS Fajardo Solar LLC, M Solar Generating LLC, and YFN Yabucoa LLC Regarding the Six Hundred Twenty-Fifth Omnibus Objection of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority to Power Purchase and Operating Agreement Lost Profits Claims (Dkt. No. 30591 in Case No. 17-3283) (the “Order”). This Court will hold a hearing on February 20, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. (AST) (the “Hearing”).

All persons granted remote access to the Hearing are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
