Agnes L. Ferrer-Auffant, Esq. designated as Acting Clerk of Court for the District of Puerto Rico

December 2, 2022 (San Juan, PR): Effective December 1, 2022, the Court has designated Agnes L. Ferrer-Auffant as Acting Clerk of Court for the U.S. Court for the District of Puerto Rico (“District of Puerto Rico”), until a new Clerk of Court is appointed.  Ms. Ferrer-Auffant has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Cayey Campus, and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.  In addition to her current appointment, Ms. Ferrer Auffant continues to serve as the Human Resources Manager for the District of Puerto Rico.  She has held that position since April 23, 2012 and has over 12 years of service to the court.
