The Court issued a general order, titled Standing Order No. 11, outlining new guidelines regarding the storage and management of sealed and restricted documents in CM/ECF.
Under these new guidelines, sealed and restricted documents will continue to be filed in CM/ECF under the Court’s existing procedures. However, these documents will no longer be accessible or viewable electronically. Service will no longer be accomplished via CM/ECF; filers must include a Certificate of Service as formal proof of deliver to other parties in compliance with the Federal Rules of Procedure and the Court’s Local Rules. The Court will serve sealed and restricted orders and court notices by mail. A person authorized to view sealed or restricted documents may request a copy, subject to the applicable fees, by contacting the Clerk’s Office.
